Terms of Use — iGaming Affiliate Managers Database

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iGaming Affiliate Managers Database at aff.studio/contacts (the "Database"), including browsing listings, requesting access, or submitting a new listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Database.

2. Eligibility

The Database is a professional, business-to-business resource. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Database for legitimate professional purposes related to the iGaming affiliate industry.

3. Description of Service

The Database is a community-maintained directory of professional contact details for affiliate managers in the iGaming industry. Listings may be added by our team or submitted by other users of the platform ("community contributors"). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing.

4. Submitting a Listing (Community-Submitted Content)

If you submit a new manager listing or edit an existing one, you represent and warrant that:

  • the information you submit is limited to professional, work-related contact details (such as a work email, company Telegram handle, or MS Teams ID) and does not include private or personal information about any individual;
  • the information is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission;
  • you have a reasonable, good-faith basis for believing the individual holds the professional role you describe, and that publishing their professional contact details is consistent with their role as a public-facing business contact;
  • you are not submitting the listing to harass, defame, impersonate, or retaliate against the individual or their employer;
  • you will not attempt to re-submit, in any form, a listing that we have removed following a verified request from the individual concerned (see our Privacy Policy, Section 3).

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, edit, and distribute the information you submit as part of the Database, for as long as the listing remains published.

5. Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, edit, decline to publish, or remove any listing or submission, including in response to a verified request from the individual concerned, a report from another user, or our own review. We are not obligated to publish any submission and may remove listings without prior notice to the submitter.

6. Rights of Listed Individuals

If you are an individual listed in the Database, you may request correction or removal of your listing, or object to its processing, at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the process, expected response times, and how we prevent removed listings from being re-added.

7. Access Requests

To view unblurred contact details, you must provide a professional email address, which we use as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to share, resell, or bulk-export contact details obtained through the Database for unsolicited mass outreach (spam) or for any purpose unrelated to legitimate affiliate industry networking.

8. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions in Section 4, you agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Database using automated means without our prior written consent;
  • submit false, defamatory, or malicious information about any individual or company;
  • use contact details obtained from the Database to harass, deceive, or defraud any individual;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent the suppression list described in our Privacy Policy;
  • use the Database in violation of any applicable law, including data protection law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Database and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete, or up to date. You are responsible for independently verifying any contact details before relying on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Database, your reliance on any listing, or any submission made by a community contributor, including inaccurate or outdated contact information.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submission of a listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party, including the individual described in the listing.

12. Intellectual Property

The compilation, structure, and design of the Database are our property or licensed to us. Community-submitted content remains subject to the licence granted in Section 4.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Database at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Database after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
