Alpha Affiliates — Outstanding Payment Issue From June

I am leaving this review to make other affiliates aware of an ongoing payment issue I am currently experiencing with Alpha Affiliates. I currently have approximately €17,000 in outstanding affiliate commissions. The oldest unpaid amount dates back to 15/06–30/06, meaning that I have now been waiting approximately three months for payment. The traffic generated was organic, with no fraudulent registrations or FTDs from my side. In total, I generated approximately 600 registrations and 159 FTDs. The referred players are still active and continue generating deposits, while the outstanding balance remains unpaid. Initially, I was patient because I understand that payment delays can happen in the iGaming affiliate industry. However, the main issue is now the lack of transparency and the absence of a concrete payment date. Despite repeatedly following up with the affiliate manager, I have mainly received responses such as: “I haven’t got updates yet. Let me check hashes again and push my colleagues.” I understand that the affiliate manager may not personally control the finance department, but after several months, I would expect at least a clear explanation and a confirmed payment date. I also selected crypto as my payment method specifically to make the payment process as quick and straightforward as possible. I did not initially request an invoice from my company, but I have made it clear that I can provide any required documentation immediately. Another particularly concerning point is that the outstanding payment previously appeared in the ReferOn dashboard as an open balance, showing the amount owed. It has now disappeared from the dashboard completely, with no clear explanation provided to me. This week, I was also told that the payment would be made by Sunday, but the payment was never processed and no concrete explanation was provided afterwards. At this point, my concern is not simply that a payment is late. Delays can happen. The issue is the lack of a clear payment date, limited communication, and the disappearance of the outstanding balance from the affiliate dashboard. I have screenshots and documentation showing the outstanding amounts, the dashboard history, and the communication regarding the payment situation. I am sharing this review in good faith so other affiliates can be aware of my experience and so that Alpha Affiliates has an opportunity to clarify the situation and resolve the outstanding payment.
