Gypsy Partners

Gypsy Partners (also known as Gypsy Affiliates) is a multi-brand iGaming affiliate program that once offered a tiered revenue-share deal across a portfolio of ten MGA- and Curaçao-licensed casinos. As of 2026 it should be treated as a program to avoid rather than join: affiliates have reported it unreachable and not paying since March 2025, with bouncing official emails and signals of an operational exit. Anyone still promoting its brands should redirect traffic to a stable program and document any unpaid balances.

Program Highlights

• Commission: Tiered RevShare from 25% up to 45% based on monthly first-time-depositor volume, plus a 5% sub-affiliate cut. CPA is by negotiation but gated behind a predatory Clause 8.4 — the referred player must wager at least the full CPA amount before the affiliate is paid.
• Negative carryover: None — balances reset to zero each month (a genuine plus, now moot given the payment blackout).
• Payouts: Monthly within the first 10 days, min €50 for e-wallets / €1,000 for bank wire, via Skrill, Neteller, Webmoney, Bitcoin and bank transfer — but payments have ceased since March 2025.
• Tracking: Runs on SoftSwiss (Affilka) with a gated API and {clickid} S2S postbacks; cookie attribution is session-based (weaker than the long-cookie claims on some directories).
• Licensing: Split — MGA (N1 Interactive Ltd) covers Gslot, Casino Buck and Gioo; Curaçao (Dama N.V./Hollycorn N.V.) covers SkyCrown, Goodman, Bitvegas, Rockwin and VoltSlot — so a dispute on an offshore brand cannot be escalated to the MGA.
• Reputation: Not AGD-certified and not a GPWA sponsor; active, unresolved non-payment dispute threads on GPWA.

Launched in 2020, Gypsy Partners (Gypsy Affiliates / gypsyaff.com) grew into a ten-brand casino program spanning Tier-1 European and crypto-friendly markets, and its management was shortlisted for Best Affiliate Manager at the 2023 iGB Affiliate Awards. The brands are operated by N1 Interactive Limited (Malta, registration C 81457) under the Malta Gaming Authority and by Dama N.V. / Hollycorn N.V. under Curaçao. Target markets included Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Nordics and other Tier-1 EU GEOs, with France, Italy, Spain, the UK, the US and Russia excluded.

By March 2025 the affiliate program entered severe distress — unreachable staff, bouncing official emails and systemic payment defaults — and its partner domain now serves only an "under construction" placeholder, leaving the program effectively defunct.
