Top Affiliates is a program to avoid. Once the marketing arm for the offshore Jazz Sports, Jazz Casino and Looselines brands, it underwent a management takeover in late 2024 and has since been blacklisted by the GPWA community with a "SCAM ALERT" for systematically withholding affiliate commissions. Marketing partners are strongly advised to suspend all promotion, redirect tracking links, and write off any outstanding balances — there is no regulatory recourse under its Curaçao offshore framework.
Program Highlights
- Confirmed Non-Payment: GPWA-blacklisted (Dec 2025–Jan 2026) for stopping commission payments; the affiliate management team resigned in January 2026.
- Retroactive Term Changes: Management unilaterally redefined NGR in December 2025 to offload admin fees, chargebacks and processing costs onto partners, dropping the effective yield of a nominal 40% tier below 15–20%.
- Broken Tracking: A flawed 2025 migration to MyAffiliates left 2,401 legacy players unmapped, and the legacy reporting console was decommissioned, removing partners' ability to audit their traffic.
- Predatory Base Terms: Uncapped negative carryover, a soft inactivity clause (commission drops to 10% after four months without a new FTD), and discretionary placement on the commission ladder.
- No Recourse: Curaçao master licence (365/JAZ) with an anonymous Costa Rica–based operator (Jazz Business Group); no dispute resolution for offshore partners.
Top Affiliates (topaffiliates.net) is the affiliate program for the offshore brands Jazz Sports, Jazz Casino, Looselines, BetODDS and ICasino, run by Jazz Business Group (JBG), a Costa Rica–based operator with roots in 1990s telephone wagering. The platform spans sportsbook, casino, live dealer, racebook, poker and bingo verticals and accepts crypto deposits, but operates entirely outside Tier-1 regulation (no UKGC or US-state oversight).
Launched in 2020, the program was stable until a late-2024 management change triggered a cascade of technical, financial and administrative failures. As of 2026 it is a confirmed non-paying, community-blacklisted program and should not be promoted.
