Report an Issue~€5,250 commission withheld after UNO Affiliates disputed approved SEO traffic
We are reporting an unresolved commission payment dispute with UNO Affiliates involving the Casea and Lizaro brands for IT Geo Our company promoted these brands through an SEO website/source that was disclosed to and approved by UNO Affiliates before the campaigns were launched. The brands were actively listed on our website, and we also shared screenshots of the live listings with their team. Approximately €5,250 in hybrid commission was generated from the campaigns. After the traffic was delivered, UNO Affiliates informed us that their analytics/risk team considered the traffic inconsistent with SEO and alleged that the actual source was paid Facebook traffic. They referred to metrics including mobile usage, account lifetime, deposit behaviour, gameplay patterns, bonus usage and average deposit/NGR. We disputed this conclusion and requested specific information supporting the allegation, including an anonymised breakdown of the affected FTDs and the basis for identifying the traffic as Facebook/motivated traffic. UNO Affiliates did not provided aggregated metrics neither provide player-level/conversion-level evidence establishing the alleged source substitution. UNO Affiliates subsequently confirmed that they would withhold the entire commission and declined our proposal to resolve the matter through a partial commercial settlement. We are therefore reporting this as an unresolved non-payment dispute. We do not agree with UNO's traffic classification or the withholding of the full commission, and we are documenting the matter so other affiliates can be aware of the dispute. We can provide supporting communications, campaign/source approval, screenshots of the live listings and commission records if required for verification.
