Its Malta licence has been cancelled, the operator is recorded as insolvent with unpaid regulatory debt, and its tracking portal is offline, so there is no valid use case for promoting its associated brands. Diverting traffic to any properties linked to its former operators carries severe financial risk and regulatory exposure.

The organization experienced a total structural failure following severe regulatory enforcement. The Malta Gaming Authority suspended Goldwin Ltd's authorisation in September 2024 and formally cancelled licence MGA/B2C/533/2018 effective 13 March 2025. The MGA enforcement register records unpaid regulatory debt of €104,814.52 and the operator as insolvent or in liquidation; a Maltese FIAU penalty followed in July 2026, and the Belgian Gaming Commission blacklisted WestCasino.com. With the affiliate portal shut down, there is no viable route to recover outstanding commissions.
